O’Shaughnessy Distillery in Minneapolis, Shake Shack in Maple Grove and Woodbury Village shopping center were among the projects honored by the Minnesota Shopping Center Association during its annual Shopping Center Tribute Awards for Retail Real Estate (STARR Awards) ceremony.
O’Shaughnessy Distillery, which opened last summer in the Prospect Park neighborhood, won an interior design award and an audience choice award voted on by attendees during the Tuesday event at the Golden Valley Country Club.
Maple Grove’s Shake Shack Drive-Thru won awards in the new construction and development process categories, while a standalone Chase Bank and an outlot building that’s home to a Crisp & Green location, both within Woodbury Village, each nabbed awards in other areas.
Two new restaurants designed by Minneapolis-based firm Shea, Khaluna and Yum! Kitchen & Bakery, took home awards for interior design.
