I’ve lived with my partner, Josh, in Terrigal for two many years now. It can be where by Josh’s family members is from. My favourite hometown cafe (and go-to dish):

We normally go to Arc in Terrigal. It’s not far from our residence. I really don’t make a substantial fuss when we dine out – we always e book at the past minute. The food is fantastically presented, the service is top-notch and the location is in the vicinity of the beach. I love to order the Atlantic salmon with household Caesar salad, beef carpaccio and roast pork belly with braised fennel. 

My favourite hometown cafe 

Luna Cafe in Terrigal is a normal go-to. Josh and I adore a huge breakfast – bacon and eggs. I generally get a skim flat white for coffee. We also head there for their burgers and chips. 

What’s your favourite put to consume in Australia?

A favourite area to dine is George’s Paragon Seafood Restaurant in Coolangatta – I really like the spot on the h2o. The restaurant is known to serve only the freshest create. I am a large fan of creamy garlic and white wine sauces. The charcoal prawns are a winner right here.

ON THE Highway

What is your favorite food stuff city and why?

I commit a lot of time in Melbourne, and I consider I have put in far more time in places to eat there than in Sydney. My great pal Oscar is a foodie and is constantly in cost of organising wherever to eat when I check out. I have a handful of favorite dining establishments in Sydney. Raw Bar in Bondi is a regular go-to. I really like their refreshing seafood and prawn rolls. I will generally buy miso black cod from Toko. And China Lane in Angel Spot in Sydney is definitely good for present day Asian food – from steamed prawn and water chestnut dumplings to steamed WA scallops. 


When in Sydney I like the comfort of Bondi QT, Crown Sydney and the Ace Hotel. I always like to mix up my stays. I’m a homebody naturally, so when I’m staying in these excellent lodges, I like to appreciate a minimal little bit of the luxury, even if I’m only there for a shorter time. I adore a little bit of indulgent junk food stuff from the space services menu: burgers and fries or common club sandwich or everything else that feels naughty.
